Barter Up! is basically turning that energy into an actual fun event with “No Resign Resign Club: How to Survive a Demanding Workplace” a networking session for people trying to survive work culture without completely losing their plot.

Led by career mentor Meity Margareta, this session will talk about unhealthy workplaces, setting boundaries without feeling guilty, building your mental survival kit, figuring out whether you need rest or genuinely need to leave, and how to prepare an exit strategy properly.
